Experience

DevOps engineer

As a DevOps engineer, I was not just responsible for deploying internal applications and ensuring their smooth operation. I was also part of the driving force behind the cultural transformation that took place within the organization. I was passionate about promoting a collaborative and quality-focused culture, and I worked tirelessly to instill these values in every team member.

In order to achieve this, I took a hands-on approach, working closely with development teams to understand their unique needs and challenges. I then helped them adopt the latest CICD and standardization best practices, while also providing guidance and support along the way. This approach was highly effective, and it helped to significantly reduce the time required for testing and deployment, while also improving code quality across the organization.

But for me, this job was more than just a technical role. It was a chance to be a catalyst for positive change, and to help shape the future of the organization. I am excited to continue building on this experience in future roles, and I am confident that the skills and knowledge that I have gained will serve me well in any technical or leadership position that I may hold in the future.

Senior software engineer

I was employed as a member of the automotive semiconductor validation team, where I facilitated the transformation of their operational procedures through the implementation of automation and software development. Specifically, I was the proprietor of the software framework utilized for test automation and validation.

In addition, I was involved in developing the requisite infrastructure for the integration of test code into ATE continuously. Leveraging my extensive experience in the field, I was actively engaged in modernizing the team's practices and tools to promote agility and enhance operational efficiency.

As part of my responsibilities, I also exercised my coaching and team-leading competencies to assist the team members and foster the acquisition of new knowledge across various roles.

Software engineer

Our team was dedicated to developing innovative, adaptable, and interconnected software solutions that were poised to shape the future of the industry. Our focus was on Industry 4.0 and the Internet of Things (IoT), with an eye towards addressing the unique challenges of these rapidly evolving domains.

As the leader of the software automation team, my primary objective was to equip our development teams with the necessary infrastructure and tools to support their success. To this end, we designed and maintained a suite of highly scalable and available services, distributed globally.

Through our efforts, we were able to significantly reduce test and release times, with improvements of up to 15 times over previous benchmarks. These services, which were relied upon by hundreds of developers across five different countries, facilitated the daily execution of hundreds of builds and tests, enabling early error detection and swift remediation.

We also provided training to development teams on various techniques related to continuous integration and delivery, further promoting the culture of excellence and collaboration that underpinned our organization's success.
